I'm Dr. Lana Henry, licensed professional counselor, researcher, author, and founder of Legacy Counseling & Wellness in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I specialize in working with high-functioning corporate professionals and executives who have mastered the art of succeeding while quietly carrying more than anyone around them knows.

My doctoral research at the University of Arkansas explored how childhood adversity shapes the value systems of high-achieving professionals, and what I found confirmed what I see in my office every day. The wound doesn't disappear when the title changes. It just gets better dressed.
